Traffic state reporting system is a software product that allows you to enter and send ordinary and extraordinary reports to Croatian Automobile Club (HAK), and the other e-mail addresses defined in the system.
All extraordinary reports (for maintenance, tunnels and billing) are sent directly to the HAK. Regular reports are first sent to the superior technical unit, which then approves the same and sends to the HAK. Sent report is attached to each e-mail.
There are two levels of users: the superior and subordinate technical units. The user of the subordinate technical unit can enter and view reports only for their technical units, as the user of superior technical unit may enter information for their technical unit and approve, view, edit and send all regular information from their subordinates technical units as well.
